The press-fit nut includes: a head formed in a typical nut shape; and a press-fit part which is formed so as to extend from one of the two surfaces of the head part so as to have a smaller outer diameter than the head part, and which is inserted by press-fit into a base material (M) that is an object to be fastened. A hollow portion having a screw thread is continuously formed in the head portion and the press-fit portion. The stud bolt includes: a main body portion coupled with the press-fit nut by passing through the press-fit nut; and a pin tail formed to extend from an end portion of the main body portion and coupled with a mechanism for rotating the main body portion. The main body portion includes a first threaded portion and a second threaded portion formed on an outer surface of the main body portion in a length direction of the main body portion and spaced apart from each other.
