The air supply unit supplies air to the heat exchanger unit, and the air enters a fuel cell cathode after being heated by the heat exchanger unit; the fuel supply unit transmits fuel to the anode of the fuel cell for an electric pile reaction, water vapor in an anode reaction product is separated by the membrane separation device and enters the mixer, and the rest is introduced into the combustion chamber to be combusted together with the fuel provided by the fuel supply unit; combustion products and heat energy are used for preheating the system and driving the gas turbine unit to generate and output electric energy.
