Abstract

The invention relates to a signal sampling circuit and method. The signal sampling circuit comprises a pre-sampling module, a sampling control module and a data sampling module. The pre-sampling module is configured to sample a sampled signal and output a pre-sampled signal in response to a first sampling effective signal. The sampling control module is configured to generate a synthetic clock according to a sampling clock, and sample a first sampling effective signal in response to the synthetic clock to obtain a second sampling effective signal; and outputting a sampling control signal according to the second sampling effective signal, the synthetic clock and the sampling clock. The data sampling module is connected with the pre-sampling module and the sampling control module, and is configured to respond to a sampling clock and a sampling control signal, sample a pre-sampling signal and output a sampling signal.
