Abstract

The invention provides a microwave signal source output channel expansion method, which comprises the following steps of: performing down-conversion processing on an original microwave signal output by a to-be-expanded channel of a signal source to obtain an intermediate frequency signal; processing the intermediate frequency signal to obtain intermediate frequency signal parameter information; copying the intermediate frequency signal in a digital domain according to the intermediate frequency signal parameter information to obtain a digital domain intermediate frequency signal; and performing up-conversion on the digital domain intermediate frequency signal to recover the digital domain intermediate frequency signal into a target microwave signal highly consistent with the original microwave signal, and controlling multiple channels to synchronously output the target microwave signal. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a microwave signal source output channel expansion device, which can keep the frequency, amplitude and phase of the output signal of each expansion channel highly consistent with the received source signal. The problem of obvious phase difference existing in an extended signal channel by using a traditional method is solved.
