The invention provides a spacecraft attitude simulation control method and system, which can be applied to the technical field of spacecraft attitude control and simulation. The spacecraft attitude control simulation method comprises the steps that first attitude data are acquired from a target machine, the first attitude data are determined according to a spacecraft attitude maneuver control algorithm, and the first attitude data represent target data used for controlling a spacecraft model to display a target attitude; the first posture data are input into a turntable controller, second posture data are output, and the second posture data represent real-time data used for displaying the target posture; determining control deviation data according to the first attitude data and the second attitude data; and inputting the control deviation data into a turntable controller for controlling and displaying the target attitude of the spacecraft model.
