A temperature-compensated crystal oscillator comprises a temperature sensor (11), an analog temperature compensator (12), a digital temperature compensator (13), an adder circuit (14), and a voltage-controlled crystal oscillator circuit (3). The analog temperature compensator (12) and the digital temperature compensator (13) generate temperature compensation voltages in response to their respective input voltages corresponding to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor (11).
