The disclosed sensor includes fiber of sensing probe, an insulative fixed frame and two insulative moving frames. An F shaped moving frame and an L shaped moving frame arranged in interlacing are installed on the fixed frame. Optical fiber of sensing probe passing through the interlaced part of the two moving frames is installed on the fixed frame. Three segments of fiber gratings positioned in interlaced and separated part of the two moving frames are made on fiber of sensing probe. First segment of fiber is in use for measuring stress. Two other segments of fiber gratings having same peak wavelength in reflectance spectrum are in use for measuring stress and temperature. Using principle of differential amplification, the invention raises measuring sensitivity, solves crossed sensitivity so as to be able to apply in high voltage and high electromagnetism harsh environment.
