[0034] Specific primers of appropriate size were designed, and the complete coding sequence of Escherichia coli folding-related protein FkpA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using the genomic DNA of common Escherichia coli strain K12 as a template, but without the stop codon. The amplified product is recovered, digested and connected to the vector plasmid pTMF to obtain the vector pTFA which can be used for fusion expression.
