The control circuit for realizing the control method includes one sensor to sense the reference temperature of the selected fan to produce PWM control signal; one control chip connected to the sensor to produce multiplex control signal based on the PWM control signal; several temperature controlled fans with temperature control initiated in set order based on the logic combination of multiplex control signal. The control scheme may be used for electronic equipment needing heat dissipation to reach optimized heat dissipation, noise and power consumption.
