Abstract

The invention refers to the technology of generecombination and to be specific it is the fusion gene of the interleukin-2 (IL-2) and enterotoxinB(SEB) and its preparation. It has the sequence table of SEQ ID NO: 1 mid-basic group sequence, based on the natural SEB gene and mustational IL-2 gene, taking advantage of the PCR technology, designing appropriate connecter and connecting the two genes to get fusion gene. The gene can be expressed in the escherichia coli.
