The first VAV system 6 introduces fresh air from the outside through a fresh air inlet 10 . The fresh air is first filtered by the fresh air filter 14, and then cooled and dehumidified by the fresh air coil 18. The fresh air coil 18 is a heat exchange coil with a cold water supply only. The fresh air fan 22 pushes the conditioned fresh air flow downstream through the fresh air duct 26 to the fresh air VAV box 30 .
