Embodiment Construction

[0021] An embodiment of the invention is provided below:

[0022] a) Recovery and inspection of seed virus: inoculate 6-7 day-old chick embryos hatched at 37°C from breeding chickens without Chlamydia infection with bovine Chlamydia psittaci SX5 or NX seedling strains stored at -70°C for a long time , passing 1-2 generations, all the inoculated chicken embryos can be made to die regularly after 72 hours of inoculation, and the yolk membrane smear of the dead chicken embryos was taken for Giemsa staining under the microscope, and only a large number of purple-red chlamydia primary bodies (E ), without any other bacteria contamination, this chick embryo culture can be used as seed (seed) virus for breeding vaccine antigens.

[0023] b) Antigen reproduction and inspection: After cleaning and disinfecting the surface of the breeding eggs produced by Chlamydia antibody-negative laying breeder flocks, put them in a special incubator at 37°C for 6-7 days, and poison the seeds with 0....

Abstract

The invention relates to an inactivated vaccine of cow chlamydia, its preparation and the related inspection method during the vaccine preparation. The preparing process comprises diluting the Chlamydia psittaci SX 5 or NX with microcosmic salt buffering liquid or physiological saline, vaccinating to healthy chick embryo hatched at 37 deg. C for 6-7 days, harvesting vitelline membrane and allantois liquid of dead chick embryo after 72 hours as antigens, triturating the antigens, diluting and charging formaldehyde for deactivation, mixing the deactivated antigens with oil adjuvant by the proportion of 1:1, stirring homogeneously, carrying out homogeneous emulsion to obtain the vaccine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of an inactivated vaccine for preventing and treating bovine infectious diseases, the vaccine and related inspection methods in the preparation process. Background technique [0002] Bovine chlamydial disease is a contagious disease of cattle. The most serious hazard to the cattle industry is bovine chlamydial abortion. This disease is an endemic contact infectious disease caused by Chlamydia psittaci infection of cattle. Pregnant cows are characterized by miscarriage, premature birth, stillbirth or inactive calves. Synonyms of the disease are bovine endemic abortion, bovine endemic abortion, and bovine neorickettsial abortion. The loss caused by chlamydial abortion of dairy cows to dairy farms is not only fetal death, but more seriously, the milk production is greatly reduced compared with normal delivery cows, and at the same time it causes huge waste of feed, manpower and huge medical expenses. Accordi...
