The invention provides a zero-level relaxation pain-reducing delivery method, which comprises prenatal preparation education and a hypnosis relaxation method, and the hypnosis relaxation method comprises the following steps: (1) when a patient is subjected to first obstetrical antenatal examination in hospital admission, evaluating the psychological state of the patient, and evaluating the health condition of a puerpera by adopting a symptom self-evaluation scale, the condition that a puerpera knows delivery knowledge is known through communication, and delivery knowledge training and pregnancy psychological health care are carried out on a patient; (2) carrying out delivery preparation education on the puerpera which meets the standard and is willing to select zero-level hypnosis, relaxation and pain reduction delivery from 28 weeks of pregnancy; and (3) the process is divided into five processes of the first stage of natural delivery, the start of uterine contraction, the full opening of the uterine orifice when the fetus is extruded by the uterine contraction, and the full opening of the uterine orifice. The hypnotic relaxed delivery of the zero-level relaxed pain-relieving delivery method can help a puerpera to eliminate fear of delivery, establish delivery confidence, improve the normal delivery rate and avoid unnecessary cesarean delivery as much as possible, and has important significance for ensuring the safety of mothers and infants.
