Problems solved by technology

In this way, the potential V actually input to the pixel unit 10 will be DD ’ and display potential V DD different, the relationship between the two is V DD '=V DD -IR, resulting in uneven current passing through the organic light emitting diode 11 in each pixel unit 10, making it difficult to maintain uniform brightness

Embodiment Construction

[0050] The present invention "organic electroluminescent display and manufacturing method thereof" is described in detail in conjunction with the diagram, and the preferred embodiments are listed as follows:

[0051] Please refer to Figure 3A-3B, is the black matrix manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescence display of the present invention. The anti-reflection layer 32 is formed on the substrate 31 firstly, and then the metal layer 34 is formed on the anti-reflection layer 32 entirely. Subsequently, a portion of the anti-reflection layer 32 and the metal layer 34 are removed to define a plurality of disjoint layout regions. The layout pattern of the entire substrate 31 is as follows: Figure 3B shown. Each circuit layout area has an anti-reflection layer 32 and has the function of a black matrix, so the black matrix pattern of the organic electroluminescent display 30 is also the same as Figure 3B shown. Different layout regions correspond to different cir...

Abstract

The organic electroluminescence display comprises multiple wires, at least one TFT, and an organic LED electrical connected with each other, as well as multiple electric-separated anti-reflecting layers under the wire or TFT. Wherein, the process comprises: forming the anti-reflecting layers on the top surface of the substrate then a metallic layer above aforementioned layer; patterning two layers to define multiple electric-separated distribution areas; finally, forming an organic LED on the substrate, and electric connecting the TFT and wires.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an organic electroluminescence display and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to an organic electroluminescence display with an anti-reflection layer and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] An organic electroluminescent display is a flat panel display using an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) as a light-emitting element, and its image quality is affected by brightness and contrast. In terms of brightness uniformity, the driving current of the OLED needs to be kept stable. In terms of contrast improvement, organic electroluminescent displays need to have anti-reflection structures. [0003] Please refer to figure 1 , which is a circuit diagram of an existing active organic electroluminescence display. Each pixel unit 10 includes circuit elements such as an organic light emitting diode 11, a switching transistor 12, a driving transistor 13, a data line 14, a scanning line 15, a power lin...
