The medicine composition for treating pulpitis consists of nicotinic acid 20-40 weight portions, bendazole 10-20 weight portions, chlopenamine 1-3 weight portions, dexamethasone 0.5-1.5 weight portions, sodium penytoin 15-30 weight portions, vitamin B1 5-10 weight portions, metronidazole 200-400 weight portions. The components can generate excellent synergistic effect to strengthen the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting histamine and inhibiting anaerobe obviously. The medicine composition has also excellent pain relieving effect. The medicine composition of the present invention is suitable for treating acute pulpitis and peripical inflammation. In addition, the medicine composition has also relatively high curative effect on supraorbital neuralgia and migraine.
