Abstract

Inner ad middle glue layers comprises 40-45% of chlorinated butyl rubber, 3.5-4.5% of magnesium oxide, 0.6-1.0% of antioxidant RD, 0.4-0.6% of stearic acid, 30-40% of carbon black, 15-20% of light calcium carbonate, 1.5-2.0% of zinc oxide, 0.6-0.9% of sulfur, 0.6-1.0% of accelerator. The glue layer comprises 35-40% of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10-12% of chloroprene rubber, 2.0-2.5% of zinc oxide, 0.4-0.5% of magnesium oxide, 0.4-0.6% of stearic acid, 0.4-0.6% of phenolic resin, 36-45% of carbon black, 5.0-6.5% of paraffin oil, 0.2-0.4% of curing agent and 0.655-0.915% of accelerator.
