[0012] A method for manufacturing knit hats in accordance with the present invention is composed of following stages:

[0013] (a) Adding elastomeric yarn (1b) into textile yarn (1a) to form the yarn (1) for spinning, wherein the amount of the elastomeric yarn (1b) is less than 50% of the total amount while the amount of the textile yarn (1a) is over 50%;

[0014] (b) Weaving the yarn (1) into a hat felt (2) with a larger size than the preset size, as shown in FIG. 2;

[0015] (c) Blowing and heating the hat felt (2) with vapor or other hot sources so as to make it shrink into the desired size, as shown in FIG. 3;

[0016] (d) Sewing and finishing the shrunk hat felt (2) to form a knit hat (3), as shown in FIG. 4.
