A versatile head-to-foot wind and raincoat includes a coat body, a pair of extension portions, pant coverings, fixing devices and retaining units. The fixing devices are respectively affixed to lower portions of the pant covering, and provide a margin for the pant coverings to displace and extend without affecting free movement of extending and retracting the legs when wearing the pant coverings. Furthermore, when walking along a street, the street surface will not cause damage to the structure of the pant coverings. When the pant coverings are not needed, it can be folded away and retained in the retaining units. Furthermore, the wind and raincoat and a rain-hat structure combination structure is formed within a collar interlayer of the coat body.
