[0205]Once the algorithm running in system 100 has narrowed down possible drivers from, for example, 1,000 drivers to 20 drivers using ‘Gating Variables’, the algorithm analyzes a series of weighted variables as qualified driver options. The Best Driver algorithm will request availability in sequence of best option; first based on the weighted factor / quality score (if account holder), or by cost (if not an account holder).
