developmental dysplasia of hip joints, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an infant hip joint ultrasonic image to be diagnosed, and segmenting the ultrasonic image into independent image frames; performing target detection on the picture frame to obtain a hip joint bounding box, and preliminarily screening a standard
image based on the hip joint bounding box; key point detection is carried out on the basis of the hip joint bounding box, and key point coordinates and confidence are obtained; screening the standard image again based on the key points and the confidence thereof; calculating a reference
radius for the screened standard image, and further selecting an optimal standard image; and calculating an
alpha angle and a
beta angle based on the key point position in the optimal standard image. Compared with the prior art, the image meeting the Graf method standard can be quickly screened out from the original ultrasonic image, meanwhile, the
target angle is automatically calculated through the standard images, doctors are assisted in evaluating the development state of the hip joint, and the time and
workload of the doctors are remarkably saved.
