PendingCN122103806AOrganophosphorous compoundsInsulation layer
This invention belongs to the field of flame retardant technology, specifically a novel halogen-free phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant for optical cable materials. By weight, it comprises: 35-50 parts of a phosphorus-based flame retardant main agent, 25-40 parts of a nitrogen-based flame retardant main agent, 5-15 parts of a synergistic enhancer, 3-8 parts of a compatibility modifier, 2-5 parts of an anti-exudation agent, and 1-3 parts of a heat stabilizer; the phosphorus-based flame retardant main agent is a compound of halogen-free organophosphorus compounds and inorganic phosphorus compounds; the nitrogen-based flame retardant main agent is a compound of melamine derivatives and low-free-formaldehyde urea-formaldehyde resin; and the synergistic enhancer is a compound of nano-magnesium hydroxide and organically modified montmorillonite. The flame retardant of this invention is halogen-free and environmentally friendly, complies with international and domestic environmental regulations, has high flame retardant efficiency, and can achieve UL94 V-0 rating for optical cable materials with an addition of 15%-20%. It also has good compatibility with optical cable material substrates, excellent thermal stability, and controllable cost, making it suitable for large-scale industrial production. It can be widely used in the flame retardant modification of optical cable sheaths and insulation layers in densely populated indoor places such as office buildings and residences.

Multilayer structure, method for producing same, packaging material using same, vacuum adiabatic body, and protective sheet for electronic device

The invention relates to a multilayer structure and a method for manufacturing the same. Provided are: a novel multilayer structure which has excellent gas barrier properties and water vapor barrier properties, can maintain the gas barrier properties and water vapor barrier properties even after bending, and does not cause defects in appearance such as interlayer peeling after retort treatment; a packaging material which uses the multilayer structure; and a product. The present invention pertains to a multilayer structure provided with a substrate (X), a layer (Y), and a layer (Z), at least one group of the layer (Y) and the layer (Z) being laminated adjacent to each other, the layer (Y) containing a reaction product (D) of a metal oxide (A) containing aluminum atoms and an inorganic phosphorus compound (BI), the layer (Z) containing a metal compound (R) having metal atoms (MR) and a hydroxyl group-containing resin (W), and the inorganic phosphorus compound (BI) containing an inorganic phosphorus compound (BI). The molar ratio (MMR / MAl) of the number of moles (MMR) of metal atoms (MR) to the number of moles (MAl) of aluminum atoms per unit area of the layer (Y) and the layer (Z) is 0.0005-0.05 (inclusive).
