This invention discloses a grid-based planning and analysis
system and method for power
distribution networks, belonging to the field of power distribution network planning technology. It collects
electricity load, urban spatial characteristics, and historical
power grid data within the planning area, using the smallest
power grid unit as the benchmark. A
causal model of load anomalies and spatial characteristics is established to determine quantitative correlations. This leads to the construction and
verification of
load forecasting logic, generating spatiotemporal dynamic load curves. Simultaneously, three types of constraints in
urban planning are extracted: spatial temporal sequence, functional linkage, and environmental sensitivity. These constraints, along with
power grid facility parameters, are transformed into feature vectors. An attention mechanism is introduced to calculate the dynamic matching degree, and suitable solutions are selected. By simulating scenarios such as spatial functional mutations, constraint adjustments, and multi-fault linkages, the adaptability of the power grid is evaluated, and substandard solutions are reverse-optimized. Finally, a complete planning scheme is formed, including
load forecasting, constraint matching, adaptability
verification reports, and dynamic adjustment rules.
