An improved automatic soap dispenser structure includes a motor and a gear wheel module installed in a driving device of a soap dispenser to transmit a driving wheel and uses an eccentric wheel disposed on the driving wheel to produce an eccentric effect, characterized in that the eccentric wheel couples a link member, and the link member presses a press plate, such that when the press plate compresses a soap dispensing tube, a back plate of the press plate and a latch surface of a rear panel compress to close the upper section of the soap dispensing tube, and then the design of a protruded curved surface of the press plate and a recessed curved surface of the rear panel compress the soap dispensing tube progressively downward to produce a power-saving and smooth compressing effect.

A foam soap generator and pump is provided for receipt by a liquid soap container in a foam soap dispenser. The foam soap generator and pump comprise an air cylinder and a liquid cylinder, integral with each other, and in parallel arrangement. Each receives a respective air and liquid piston, again of integral construction. According to the soap dispenser, the soap liquid can be sucked into the foam making device through the pressure pump; the foam making device sucks air through the one-way air inlet; the air and the soap liquid are sufficiently stirred through the rotation of the gear so as to make the foam soap liquid. The soap dispenser adopts the method that the air and the liquid are stirred by using the gear, the made foam is fine and smooth and is stable in quantity. The soap dispenser can be used as a toilet utensil.
