The present invention provides an automatic foam soap dispenser used for single soap reservoir which is pressed from top to down. The automatic foam soap dispenser includes a covering housing opened downwardly for accommodating a pressing-typed soap reservoir, a control circuit board, a motor, and a sensor. According to the soap dispenser, the soap liquid can be sucked into the foam making device through the pressure pump; the foam making device sucks air through the one-way air inlet; the air and the soap liquid are sufficiently stirred through the rotation of the gear so as to make the foam soap liquid. The soap dispenser adopts the method that the air and the liquid are stirred by using the gear, the made foam is fine and smooth and is stable in quantity. The soap dispenser can be used as a toilet utensil.
