This invention relates to the field of medical artificial intelligence-assisted diagnostic technology, and in particular to an auxiliary diagnostic system for the prodromal phase of tic disorders in children. Addressing the problem that existing technologies cannot identify the prodromal impulse phase preceding tic movements, this invention, for the first time, extracts facial microtremor features and respiratory stress features from ordinary videos. Using the predicted time of the tic movement as an anchor point, it fuses these two types of features through a gated attention mechanism to generate a prodromal impulse index. The auxiliary diagnostic output module uses this index to determine the prodromal phase, output confidence levels and audiovisual warning signals, and generate a diagnostic report containing the frequency of prodromal events and assessment suggestions. This invention achieves automatic identification of the prodromal impulse phase through cross-modal collaboration of facial microtremors and respiratory patterns, significantly improving the early warning capability of tic disorders and providing an objective time window for clinical behavioral intervention.
