The invention discloses a processing process of moisture-absorbing and warm-keeping hollow cotton woven fabric. The processing process includes the steps firstly, weaving the fabric, wherein warps comprise water-soluble filaments, and wefts comprise water-soluble filaments; secondly, singeing; thirdly, performing cold piling, to be more specific, padding the fabric with caustic soda, desizing enzymes and a refining agent, and rolling and piling, wherein the use amount of the caustic soda is controlled to be 100g/L, temperature is controlled to be 102+/-2 DEG C, and fabric pickup ratio is 100%;fourthly, subjecting to fabric after the cold piling to boiling off and bleaching, to be more specifically, sequentially performing washing, steaming and boiling off, washing, steaming and bleaching, washing and drying, wherein the alkali use mount of the boiling off is controlled to be 80g/L; fifthly, mercerizing, wherein mercerizing lye concentration is controlled to be 200g/L; sixthly, dyeing;seventhly, using a bi-fatty acid amide-based softening finishing agent to form the fabric; eighthly, pre-shrinking; ninthly, performing air washing. The processing process has the advantages that identical fabric appearance style is guaranteed while low fabric gram weight and fabric fluffiness and softness are achieved, and the fabric is excellent in moisture absorption and warm-keeping performance.
