fog separator which comprises a cylindrical shell is characterized in that: the front end of the cylindrical shell is connected with a gas inlet pipeline; the bending position of the gas inlet pipeline is provided with a motor; the output shaft of the motor is provided with gas-
fog separating fan leaves; the cylindrical shell comprises flow deflectors, spiral
water sliding tanks and an exhaust tube; outer edges of the spiral
water sliding tanks are smoothly transited with side walls of the flow deflectors; bottoms of the spiral
water sliding tanks are provided with a
water discharge tube; water baffles are arranged in the cylindrical shell;
centrifugation guiding slots which are respectively formed between one flow deflector and one water baffle are communicated with the spiral water sliding tanks; centers of the water baffles are respectively provided with a vent hole; and there is an air
return channel between one water baffle and the side wall of one spiral water sliding tank,. The gas-fog separator of the invention is used for the gas-fog separation of an
airflow mixed with water fog in the fog removal by an atomized
dust collector, the water fog which is stopped by the water baffles on the leaves is coagulated in water sliding slots, is centrifuged, is thrown away, slides into the spiral water sliding tanks through the
centrifugation guiding slots, and is discharged by the water discharging tube, the
airflow which goes through the air vents and the air return channels is backward discharged, and the discharged
airflow contains no water fog, so the separation effect is good.
