The application discloses a
driving circuit and a display panel. The
driving circuit comprises a plurality of driving cables, a driving unit and a
delay circuit. The driving unit comprises an output
signal end for outputting a driving
signal. The
delay circuit comprises a first input end, a first output end and a second output end. The output
signal end is connected with the first input end. The first output end is used for outputting a first
clock signal. The second output end is used for outputting a second
clock signal later than the first
clock signal. In two adjacent driving cables, one driving cable is connected with the first output end, and the other driving cable is connected with the second output end. The
driving circuit provided by the application adds the
delay circuit between the driving unit and the driving cable, so that the driving unit can control two rows of pixels through the delay circuit, thereby reducing the number of the driving units and the line area of the driving units in the display panel, and the frame width of the display panel is reduced.
