The preparation method of the cable material comprises the following steps of: stirring the carbonate hydroxide flame retardant, the charing agent and the flame-retardant lubricant at a high speed for 2 min; and then adding the shell forming agent and continuously stirring at a high speed until the temperature rises to above 100 DEG C, coating the surface of the mixture with the shell forming agent; adding silane coupling agent and stirring for 5-8 min, and carrying out secondary surface treatment; adding initiator-alcohol solution, and discharging after mixing; extruding and pelletizing; finally drying and cooling to obtain the finished cable material product. The flame retardant performance of the product is obviously enhanced, and the product has good shell forming performance in conbustion without droplets.

The invention provides an environment-friendly collagen fiber leather substrate which is characterized by comprising an intermediate-layer fiber web, a surface-layer fiber web tightly connected on the upper surface of the intermediate-layer fiber web, and a bottom-layer fiber web tightly connected on the lower surface of the intermediate-layer fiber web, wherein the surface-layer fiber web and the bottom-layer fiber web respectively comprise the components by mass percentage of: 90 to 97 percent of collagen fibers, 3 to 10 percent of polylactic acid bi-component fibers; the intermediate-layer fiber web is made of polylactic acid bi-component fibers; the weight of the surface-layer fiber web and the weight of the bottom-layer fiber web are both 30 to 150 grams per square meter; and the weight of the intermediate-layer fiber web is 10 to 30 grams per square meter. The lubricating grease and the method have the advantages that the lubricating grease is excellent in high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, low-temperature pumpability, fog forming property, extreme-pressure abrasion resistance, water resistance, adhesion and antirust property; the required content of the high-alkali-value synthetic sulfonate required for preparing the lubricating grease by the aid of the method is reduced by approximately 5% as compared with existing lubricating grease, with the consistency identical to the consistency of the lubricating grease, prepared by the aid of an existing method, and the low-temperature flowability and the fog forming performance of the lubricating grease can be greatly improved.
