According to the method of the invention, the chlorine ions in waste animal and vegetable oil can be removed before hydrofining, so that the corrosion of hydrogen chloride and water generated by the reaction to equipment and pipelines is reduced, the safety of the device is improved, the requirement for equipment materials is lowered, and the quality of biodiesel is improved.

The hydrodewaxing process is added, a proper hydrodewaxing catalyst is selected, and the hydrodewaxing process parameters are adjusted to produce the liquid paraffin with a condensation point of -30 DEG C without changing the hydrofining process parameters.
