This invention relates to waste
soil treatment equipment, specifically disclosing an apparatus for preparing
bentonite slurry using waste soil. The apparatus includes a crushing module (1) for receiving
shield tunneling waste soil, a stirring module (2) connected to the crushing module (1), a conveying module (6) located at one end of the stirring module (2), and a mixing and storage module (3) located at the
discharge end of the conveying module (6). The mixing and storage module (3) includes a mixing and storage container (301) and a stirring device (302). A slide rail is provided on the mixing and storage container (301), and the stirring device (302) is connected to the slide rail and adapted to move horizontally along the mixing and storage container (301). This apparatus for preparing
bentonite slurry using waste soil refines the
shield tunneling waste soil to a particle size consistent with that of
bentonite used for synchronous grouting, replacing bentonite in
mortar preparation. This not only enables the reuse of
shield tunneling waste soil and reduces the amount of waste soil transported, but also reduces the procurement of raw materials, improves construction efficiency, and lowers project costs.
