The invention discloses a low shrinkage light-cured composite resin for dental restoration and a preparation method thereof. With multifunctional structural advantages, cage-like silsesquioxane can cooperate with an expansion monomer, resin matrix, silanized silica and other components to form a three-dimensional network structure during polymerization so as to reach the purposes of lowering polymerization shrinkage of the material and improving mechanical properties, etc. The preparation method consists of: stirring the components evenly to obtain uncured composite resin, then conducting ultrasonic dispersion, vacuum debubbling, pouring into a mold, visible light curing and other steps, thus obtaining the low shrinkage dental composite resin. The used cage-like silsesquioxane and spiro ortho expansion monomer are both liquid, and have good compatibility with composite resin, and a good dispersion effect can be achieved without introducing a solvent, the added cage-like silsesquioxane provides a network crosslinking point for the system, while the polymerization shrinkage of the composite resin is reduced, the mechanical properties of the material are improved, and the water absorption and solubility are reduced.

A kind of low-shrinkage nano-composite resin for dental restoration and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a nano-composite resin with low shrinking percentage for dental repair and a preparation method thereof. The composite resin comprises an organic matrix, an initiator system and inorganic filler. The composition resin is characterized by further comprising oligomeric polysilsesquioxane nano particles. The composition comprises the components in percentage by weight as follows: 18-29% of organic matrix, 1-2% of initiator system, 59-78% of inorganic filler and 2-20% of oligomeric polysilsesquioxane nano particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing all the components to obtain un-cured nano composite resin paste; then, vacuumizing to remove bubbles out of the composite resin paste material; and finally, placing into a mould and curing by visible lights to obtain the nano-composite resin with low shrinking percentage for dental repair. Due to addition of POSS (Polysilsesquioxane), the polymerization shrinking percentage of the composite resin is remarkably reduced and the polishing retentivity and the wear-resisting durability of the material are further improved. The composite resin provided by the invention has the advantages that raw materials are low in price, equipment requirement is low, and the preparation process is simple, easy to operate and suitable for industrialized production.

Preparation of low-shrinkage Bis-GMA-base-free hyperbranched polyamine-ester flowing resin for dental restoration

The invention relates to a preparation method of low-shrinkage Bis-GMA-base-free hyperbranched polyamine-ester flowing resin for dental restoration, which comprises the steps of mixing polyhydric alcohol, an AB2 type branched monomer and a catalyst, and preparing polyhydroxy hyperbranched polyamine-ester (HPAE) by taking the polyhydric alcohol as a core and adopting a quasi-one-step polycondensation method; preparing modified hyperbranched polyamine-ester molecules containing double bonds and polyurethane groups through polyurethane chemistry, and uniformly mixing the modified hyperbranched polyamine-ester molecules with a diluent, a silanized inorganic filler and a photoinitiator through a three-roller grinder to obtain the uncured flowable flowing resin for dental restoration, wherein the flowing resin has the characteristic of low polymerization shrinkage rate and does not contain Bis-GMA organic components. The prepared flowing resin has low viscosity and good fluidity before photocuring, the polymerization shrinkage rate of a composite resin material can be greatly reduced after photocuring, the problem of potential toxicity caused by release of bisphenol A does not exist, and the requirements of repairing and treating small defects which are difficult to fill, small-area dental caries on the maxillofacial surface in preventive repairing and dental caries in a narrower area can be effectively met.

Preparation of high-performance low-shrinkage hyperbranched polyamine-ester composite resin for dental restoration

The invention relates to preparation of a high-performance low-shrinkage hyperbranched polyamine-ester composite resin for dental repair. The high-performance low-shrinkage hyperbranched polyamine-ester composite resin for dental repair is prepared by mixing modified hyperbranched polyamine-ester with a general-purpose resin monomer, a photoinitiator and a silanized inorganic filler, wherein the modified hyperbranched polyamine-ester is obtained by reacting hyperbranched polyamine-ester with a modifier, the modifier is hydroxyethyl methylacrylate and 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate, and the general-purpose resin is bisphenol A-glycidyl dimethacrylate, carbamate dimethacrylate and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate. According to the invention, the prepared composite resin has excellent mechanical strength, bending strength, bending modulus and compression strength which are respectively 108.52 to 124.20 MPa, 8.6 to 9.37 GPa and 301.5 to 373.34 MPa; and the hyperbranched monomer containing double bonds and benzene rings and low in viscosity is prepared and added into a traditional organic matrix, so that the polymerization shrinkage rate of the composite resin material during curing is effectively reduced, and the polymerization shrinkage rate is 1.9-2.84%.
