The method comprises the following steps that a row of inclined drill holes are formed at each of two joints ofside parts and bottom plates on the left side and the right side of a roadway at a certain interval; the drill holes are detected by using a drill hole penetrometer; pressure conditions and displacement information data of deep rock stratums with different depths are obtained in sequence until the whole drill hole detection process is completed; according to the obtained drill hole inner pressureand displacement information data, in combination with the compression deformation condition, a data acquisition instrument can formulate reasonable parameters for later-period bottom plate fracturing; an electric pulse device is used for conducting fracturing operation on drilled holes in a roadway bottom plate; a shock wave fracturing range is observed, after the expected effect is achieved, the electric pulse device is taken out, and impact operation of next adjacent drill hole is conducted until the whole roadway floor fracturing operation is completely finished; drilling fracturing operation on the other side of the roadway bottom plate is completed; and later-period grouting anchor rod reinforcement is conducted. The method is high in detection precision, high in bottom cutting speed and good in repairing effect.
