This invention relates to a water-cooled
pipe for the bottom of a
blast furnace, belonging to the field of
metallurgical industry. The water-cooled
pipe (2) is arranged at the bottom of the
blast furnace, divided into an inner ring region, a middle ring region, and an outer ring region from the inside out according to the distance from the center of the
blast furnace. The
diameter of the water-cooled
pipe (2) in the inner ring region is smaller than that in the middle ring region, which is smaller than that in the outer ring region. The cooling intensity gradually decreases from the outside to the inside, forming a pot-bottom
erosion curve (1) inside the blast furnace
hearth, thereby increasing the
core temperature of the blast furnace
hearth. This invention can enhance the cooling of the elephant
foot region of the
hearth, slow down the
erosion of the
refractory material in the elephant
foot region, reduce the
diameter of the middle ring pipe, reduce the cooling area, and minimize the
diameter of the inner ring pipe, resulting in the smallest cooling area. The cooling intensity gradually decreases from the outside to the inside, thus forming a pot-bottom
erosion, while simultaneously increasing the
core temperature, ensuring the hearth is active, and extending the hearth's lifespan.
