The invention discloses a preparation method for a polymer-based hierarchical porous structure interlocking microcapsule. The method comprises the steps of modifying a silicon dioxide colloid crystal template, controllably grafting a polymer by a surface triggering atom transferring free radical polymerization method and a double-bond free radical polymerization method, crosslinking a linear polymer chain section by an Friedel-Crafts crosslinking method for an external crosslinking agent, removing the silicon dioxide colloid crystal template to prepare the polymer-based hierarchical porous structure interlocking microcapsule. Due to the controllably grafted polymer layer, a certain slit is reserved between every two adjacent microcapsules, so that the mass is reduced, and more mass transfer ways are formed; by the adoption of the Friedel-Crafts crosslinking method for the external crosslinking agent, micropores and mesoporous are formed by crosslinking capsule walls made of polymer materials; the apertures of the formed holes and the crosslinking degree are adjusted according to the type of the crosslinking agent; a foundation is laid for the application; communicating windows formed among the micropores, the mesoporous and the interlocking microcapsules in the capsule walls and the slits between the microcapsules adopt classified hole interlocking structures in the mass.

The invention discloses a preparation method of interlocking micro-capsules based on a polymer with a high specific surface area and having a hierarchical porous structure. The method comprises the following steps: modifying a silicon dioxide colloid crystal template, performing controlled graft of a polymer chain segment by surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization and double-bond radical polymerization, crosslinking a linear polymer chain segment by using a friedel-crafts crosslinking method, and removing the silicon dioxide colloid crystal template, thus preparing interlocking micro-capsules based on a polymer with a high specific surface area and having a hierarchical porous structure. Through a controlled graft polymer layer, a certain gap is formed in an area which is fully filled before, thereby reducing the mass and forming more mass transfer ways. By adopting a friedel-crafts crosslinking and pore-forming technology, capsule walls made of a polymer material are cross-linked to form micro-pores and meso-pores; the material formed by adopting a friedel-crafts self-crosslinking technology is high in specific surface area, thereby greatly improving the application performance; the capsule cavities at micro-pore, meso-pore and large-pore levels, communication windows formed among interlocking micro-capsules and gaps among the micro-capsules present a hierarchical porous interlocking structure on the whole.

The invention discloses a nitrogen-doped graphene nickel ferrite composite wave-absorbing material and a preparation method thereof. A nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide / hexagonal nickel ferrite nano composite material is prepared by taking graphene oxide (GO) as a template, taking ferric nitrate nonahydrate and nickel nitrate hexahydrate as precursors and taking hydrazine hydrate as a nitrogen-doped reagent through a simple one-step hydrothermal method. The nano composite material prepared by the invention is formed by entangling a large number of hexagonal nickel ferrite particles in nanosize by two-dimensional folded graphene, has strong electromagnetic wave absorption capability, wide absorption frequency band and small matching thickness, and can generate double absorption peaks at low frequency (3-6GHz) and high frequency (12-18GHz); and the nitrogen doping amount of graphene in the composite material can be changed by controlling the adding volume of hydrazine hydrate, meanwhile, effective attenuation of the composite material to electromagnetic waves under different wave bands can be achieved by changing the matching thickness, and the composite material has important application value in the fields of electromagnetic wave absorption and electromagnetic shielding.

The invention discloses a fluorine-containing polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane with low surface resistivity and high oxidation stability and a preparation method of the fluorine-containingpolyarylether-based anion exchange membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out polycondensation on tetramino bisphenol fluorene, bisphenol fluorene and decafluorobiphenyl at room temperature to synthesize a tetramino fluorine-containing polyarylether compound, and reacting the tetramino fluorine-containing polyarylether compound with a bromohexyl quaternary ammonium salt compound QA-6C to obtain a dense biquaternary ammonium salt ion side chain type fluorine-containing polyarylether compound; dissolving the obtained dense biquaternary ammonium salt ion side chain type fluorine-containing polyarylether compound into a polar aprotic solvent, and casting to form a membrane by adopting a solution casting method so as to obtain the fluorine-containing polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane with low surface resistivity and high oxidation stability. The surface resistivity of the fluorine-containing polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane under similar ion exchange capacity is lower than that of a common polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane, the oxidation stability of the fluorine-containing polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane is higher than that of the common polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane, and the fluorine-containing polyarylether-based anion exchange membrane has wide application prospects in all-vanadium redox flow batteries.

Row inter-tube falling film melt phase polycondensation reaction method and reactor thereof

The invention relates to a row inter-tube falling film melt phase polycondensation reaction method. A melt prepolymer flows downwards from a film distribution plate and holes between tubes, a waterfall falling film flowing is formed between the U-shaped tubes in rows so that a melt phase polycondensation can be performed, and a melt slides down from the tubes, then condensed at the bottom of a reactor and discharged after stirring is performed to be homogenized through a stirrer. The reactor implementing the method is of an overall vertical structure and comprises a shell, a heating medium box at the upper end, a material box connected with the heating medium box, the U-shaped tubes, a bottom shell at the lower end, a stirrer and the like. The U-shaped tubes are perpendicularly suspended and arranged in rows, uniformly penetrate through holes in the film distribution plate, and the ends of the U-shaped tubes and the heating medium box are communicated to allow a heating medium to flow. The reactor has the advantages that the flowing resistance is small, no dead zone is generated, the film forming area is large, the surface updating speed is high, the standing time is uniform and controllable, and flexible production is met. The method is applicable to production of polyethylene glycol terephthalate and other polymers.
