allyl glycidyl ether. The method adopts a heterogeneous catalytic process, uses allyl
ether as
raw material, adds a catalyst and an additive, and directly oxidizes to generate
allyl glycidyl ether under the condition of no
solvent by using
hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant. After the reaction is completed, the reaction liquid is cooled, the
solid catalyst in the reaction liquid is recovered by
filtration or
centrifugation and the like, and is recycled. The reaction method is simple, the cost is low, the reaction can be carried out at normal pressure, the catalyst has good catalytic activity, a long service life, is easy to recover, has a high
recovery rate, is low in
energy consumption, is friendly to the environment, can be recycled, the yield is greater than 70%, and the selectivity is also greater than 70%.
