Jasmone is an organic compound, which is a volatile portion of the oil from jasmine flowers. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid. Jasmone can exist in two isomeric forms with differing geometry around the pentenyl double bond, cis-jasmone and trans-jasmone. The natural extract contains only the cis form, while synthetic material is often a mixture of both, with the cis form predominating. Both forms have similar odors and chemical properties. Its structure was deduced by Lavoslav Ružička.

The invention provides a method for trapping mymaridae parasitized empoasca vitis. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a trapping agent by taking four synomones, i.e., alpha-farnesene, cis-jasmone, methyl salicylate and benzaldehyde as taste sources; emulating tea shoot with one bud and two leaves by using rubber; soaking into the trapping agent for serving as a lure; and putting the lure into a tea garden at the growing start period, growing period and growing end period of an empoasca vitis population for trapping the mymaridae parasitized empoasca vitis. In the invention, the trapping agent is prepared from high-activity synomones for trapping mymaridae in the natural environment of the tea garden and suppressing empoasca vitis, so that chemical prevention and control are avoided. The method has the advantages of environmental friendliness, freeness from nuisance, accordance with the national green prevention and control principle, contribution to protecting and utilizing the natural enemy resources, capability of promoting the development of the organic tea industry, accordance with the building requirement on a standard ecological tea garden in the Ministryof Agriculture, easiness and convenience for operating, quick response, low cost and suitability for popularizing and applying.

The invention discloses a molecular imprinting method for extracting jasmone and jasmine lactone from jasmine flower residues. The method comprises the following steps: adding water into the jasmine flower residues, carrying out uniform mixing and stirring, and conducting decocting at a reduced pressure and at a low temperature to obtain a jasmine flower residue mixed solution; respectively adsorbing jasmone and jasmine lactone in the jasmine flower residue mixed solution by utilizing a jasmone molecularly-imprinted material and a jasmine lactone molecularly-imprinted material under a low-temperature ultrasonic condition; respectively washing out jasmone and jasmine lactone in the jasmone molecularly-imprinted material and the jasmine lactone molecularly-imprinted material, and carrying out oil-water separation to obtain jasmone and jasmine lactone; and conducting oil-water separation to obtain jasmone and jasmine lactone. According to the method, perfume is extracted from the jasmineflower residues obtained after tea making through the green and environment-friendly molecular imprinting method, no toxic or harmful solvent is added in production, the waste jasmine flower residuesare turned into the wealth, treatment cost is saved for scented tea enterprises, the additional value of jasmine flowers is increased, and economic benefits can be greatly increased.
