Problems solved by technology

It has the following disadvantages: due to the thermal resistance of the heat conduction plate, there is a large temperature difference between the heat absorbing layer and the heat transfer fluid, resulting in irreversible loss of heat transfer; at the same time, the large temperature difference also makes for the same heat transfer fluid temperature, The temperature of the heat absorbing layer is required to be higher
Moreover, due to the requirements for the support strength and rigidity of the heat conduction plate, the heat conduction plate must maintain a certain thickness, which further increases the thermal conduction resistance of the heat conduction plate and reduces the efficiency of the heat collector

Embodiment Construction

[0015] Figure 4 It is a structural schematic diagram of the first embodiment of the flat-plate solar heat collector of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the flat-plate solar collector includes a transparent cover plate 1A. The transparent cover plate 1A is composed of upper and lower layers of light-transmitting bodies 11 and 13, and an air insulation layer or vacuum insulation layer 12. A thermal insulation layer 16 is provided below the light-transmitting body 11 . The thermal insulation layer 16 is connected with the light-transmitting bodies 11 , 13 . Wherein, a plurality of heat transfer fluid channels 17 are formed on the thermal insulation layer 16 , and the heat transfer fluid flows in the heat transfer fluid channels 17 . A heat-absorbing layer 14 is attached to the side of the light-transmitting body 13 close to the heat-conducting fluid passage 17, and a protective layer 15 is attached to the side of the heat-absorbing layer 14 close to the heat-con...

Abstract

The invention discloses a flat solar energy heat collector which includes the insulating layer and the transparent cover board which connected with each other. The transparent cover board includes at least one transparent body which is used the air or the vacuum to insulate the heat between the two transparent body. The heat inducing channel is formed in the insulating layer. The heat absorbing layer is on the transparent body side near to the flow channel. The side of the heat absorbing layer near to the heat inducing fluid is covered with the protecting layer which contacts with the heat inducing fluid. The heat collector of the invention can decrease the temperature difference between the heat absorbing layer and the heat inducing fluid to improve the heat transferring efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a flat-plate solar heat collector. Background technique [0002] The solar collector absorbs the light radiation energy of sunlight through the heat absorbing layer, and converts the solar energy into heat energy by using the principle of the greenhouse effect. Existing solar collectors include flat-plate solar collectors and focused solar collectors. The flat-plate solar collector is mainly composed of a shell, a transparent cover plate, a heat conducting plate and an insulating layer, and a heat absorbing layer is coated on the heat conducting plate. According to the transparent cover, it can be divided into single-layer or multi-layer light-transmitting flat-plate solar collectors. [0003] The structure of the existing single-layer light-transmitting flat-plate solar collector is as follows: figure 1 shown. The transparent cover plate of the single-layer flat solar heat collector is composed of a layer of light-transmit...
