The dust collection filter clears dust and foreign materials, and is positioned in the body. The filter bracket, positioned above the dust collection filter, fixes the dust collection filter. The electrodes are positioned above the filter bracket, by which the dust collection filter is connected with the exterior power supply. The filter bracket is provided with a movement-proof device which prevents electrodes from moving. The movement-proof device comprises a left stopping part which prevents electrodes from moving leftward and a right stopping part which prevents electrodes from moving rightward.
