Abstract

A stabilized voltage unit using a Zener Diode receives a drive voltage outputted by a Charge Pump and controls the level of the drive voltage for stabilized voltage of the drive voltage. The stabilized voltage unit comprises a current mapping unit, the Zener Diode and a bias voltage unit. The current mapping unit is used for receiving the drive voltage and generating a first current signal and a second current signal respectively at a current master control terminal and a current slave terminal according to the drive voltage. The Zener Diode receives the first current signal and enables the level of the drive voltage to be equal to a preset voltage level. The bias voltage unit is used for receiving the second current signal, judging whether the level of the drive voltage reaches the preset voltage level or not according to the second current signal, and outputting a control signal, wherein, the control signal feeds back to the Charge Pump to control the Charge Pump to generate the drive voltage.
