Abstract

The producing method of compensation membrane comprises: forming an optical membrane on the surface of the substrate; forming distribution membrane by defining multi-track groove on the surface of the optical membrane; forming a liquid crystal layer on the surface of the distribution membrane, the liquid crystal molecule in the liquid crystal layer is defined to preset slant angle by multi-track groove of the distribution membrane and the slant angle of the liquid crystal molecule in each layer changes along with the change of distance between the substrates; solidifying the liquid crystal layer; defining compensation membrane with multi layer structure by repeating the above steps.
