Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the rotation speed of the motor 18 and the accuracy of the starting position have a great relationship with the print quality of the printer motor system 10. For example, if the position of the motor 18 is not correct, it will cause deviations in the printing position, so that the printed files are not enough Exquisiteness affects the printing quality, so as long as the motor 18 can accurately control the rotation speed and initial position, the printing quality of the printer motor system 10 can be effectively improved, so that the printer motor system 10 can print exquisite documents. How to use the control circuit 12 to generate the precise control signal 13 to control the motor 18 has become an important issue to improve the print quality of the printer motor system 10

Abstract

The present invention discloses a control circuit which is used for controlling the motor to rotate. The control circuit comprises a control module, a current converting module and a comparing module. The control module is used for generating a control current and a comparing voltage according to a first current, a first voltage and an input voltage. The current converting module is coupled to the control module and generates a first output voltage at the first output end and a second output voltage at a second output end according a second voltage, a reference voltage and the control current. The comparing module is coupled to the control module and the current converting module and is used for respectively comparing a threshold voltage, the first output voltage, the second output voltage and the comparing voltage in order to generate a plurality of control signals for controlling the motor to rotate. The control circuit defined by the invention can use the control signal for controlling the motor of the printer. With the control circuit, the purpose that the motor of the printer is controlled and the printing quality of the printer is effectively increased is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a control circuit, especially a control circuit used in a motor system to control the rotation of the motor. Background technique [0002] Please refer to FIG. 1 , which is a schematic diagram of a general printer motor system. As shown in FIG. 1 , the printer motor system 10 generally includes a control circuit 12 , a pre-driver 14 , an H-bridge circuit 16 and a motor 18 . Its operating principle is as follows, the control circuit 12 generates a plurality of control signals 13 to the pre-driver 14, and the pre-driver 14 generates a plurality of drive signals 15 to the H-bridge circuit 16 according to the plurality of control signals 13, and the H-bridge circuit 16 then A corresponding control signal 17 is generated according to the plurality of driving signals 15 to control the rotation of the motor 18 . [0003] However, the rotation speed of the motor 18 and the accuracy of the starting position have a great relati...
