The method comprises the steps that: (1) a light source which can form uninterrupted beam pathways among signals and an optical receiving device are provided; (2) a driving device which can cause the light generated by the light source to irradiate on or deviate from the optical receiving device is provided; (3) the transmitted signals are utilized to control the driving device; (4) the optical receiving device acquires the contents of the transmitted signals according to the signals of light irradiated on and deviated from the optical receiving device. The system for instantly transmitting signals provided by the invention comprises a signal supply part, a beam signal communication interface and a signal receiving part. Based on the principle of constant beam corner, the system for instantly transmitting signals utilizes the swinging of the beam to transmit information; as long as the continuous and uninterrupted beam pathway is established, the information exchange is instant regardless that how far the distance between two points is.
