Abstract

The invention provides a liquid vaporizing method and a device used for actualizing the method. The liquid vaporizing method comprises that: (1) the liquid is granulated; (2) the granulated liquid is heated so as to lead at least a part of liquid is vaporized. Methods of ultrasonic, sprinkling or spraying are used for granulating the liquid. The heating can be carried out by types of electric heating, fuel gas heating or flame heating. Therefore, equipment which uses the method can be used for humidifiers, solution concentration devices and steam power plants. By the liquid vaporizing method, faster vaporization of liquid can be realized with less energy consumption.
