Abstract

The invention discloses an integrated data processing system, comprising a host machine end device used for processing data and having a host machine end interface; at least an NAND-typed flash memory unit used for memorizing data and having unit interfaces; and a flash memory controller used for controlling the accessing of the NAND-typed flash memory unit and having a first interface which is connected with the host machine end interface of the host machine end device and a second interface which is connected with the unit interface of the NAND-typed flash memory unit. The first interface has the same unit interface with the flash memory unit; the second interface has the same host machine end interface with the host machine end device. The host machine end device can adopt various novel flash memory devices without any modification.
