Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the raw materials, intermediates or dyes of synthetic dyes used in textiles are carcinogenic substances, which not only seriously pollute the environment, but also harm the wearers and producers, and are banned. The main source of synthetic dyes that are not currently banned is petroleum. , and the world's resources are becoming increasingly scarce, which does not meet the requirements of sustainable development

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of using gardenia to dye natural fibers. The method comprises the following steps that: gardenia fruit is pulverized, put into a pot to decoct a dyeing solution for 30 minutes and filtered, which is repeated for three times, and dyeing solutions are mixed for dye bath; a natural fiber dyed object after dyeability treatment is put into a dyeing vat for dyeing, and then is taken out from the dyeing vat and put into a mordanting vat for mordanting; the mordanting treatment is carried out at normal temperature; the dyed object after mordanting is taken out from the mordanting vat and put into the dyeing vat again for redyeing; after dyeing is finished, the dyed object is taken out from the dyeing vat, washed and dried, and then the dyeing process is completed. A gardenia dyeing technique can use one species of gardenia to dye a natural fiber into a plurality of colors, thereby utilizing one material efficiently. The gardenia dyeing technique is a full-ecologic dyeing technique, which has the advantages of saving energy, protecting environment, contributing to health, etc.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of the textile printing and dyeing industry, and in particular designs a method for dyeing by using the natural plant gardenia as dyeing material. Background technique [0002] Plant dyeing has existed since ancient times, but with the development of chemical science and the widespread use of chemical fuels, plant dyeing technology is almost extinct. In the vast cultural ocean of China, there is no book that records plant dyeing in detail. Plant dyeing technology relies on precepts and deeds. Therefore, this gardenia dyeing method has made some contributions to the green revolution of the modern printing and dyeing industry. [0003] At present, the raw materials, intermediates or dyes of synthetic dyes used in textiles are carcinogenic substances, which not only seriously pollute the environment, but also harm the wearers and producers, and are banned. The main source of synthetic dyes that are not currentl...
