Embodiment Construction

[0012] The human-computer interaction control device we designed includes an eye movement signal detection module, a head movement signal detection module, a signal processing module, a control module, and a motion detection module for controlled equipment, such as Figure 4 shown. The key parts of the eye movement signal detection module and the head movement signal detection module are installed on a shelf, and 5-7 EOG signal detection electrodes and one or more sensor accelerations are installed on this shelf according to the required accuracy.

[0013] The eye movement and head movement signal detection modules are installed through the detection frame, and the corresponding eye movement electrodes and head movement detection installation points are shown in image 3 .

[0014] The eye movement signal detection module detects the left and right rotation of the eyes through the deviation between the signal strength of the left and right electrodes (electrode 1, 7) and the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a computer system equipment real-time control system through detecting the eye and head movement signals; the control system amplifies an EOG signal; then through noise elimination treatment, the control system extracts and analyzes the related information of eye movement track in the EOG signal, and adds head movement compensation to achieve more accurate positioning so as to make real-time control on the computer system and equipment. The control system replaces the traditional human-computer interaction mode through button, switch, keyboard, mouse and other external devices, thereby having a strong sense of novelty and utility.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to biological science and computer science, and designs a novel human-computer interaction method that combines detection of eye movement and head movement to control equipment such as computer systems. technical background [0002] Computing and control systems often require human intervention and guidance to complete the tasks we need. Traditional human-computer interaction methods include using switches, buttons, mice, keyboards, and trackballs. But in some cases, these technologies will be incapable or not enough, such as human-computer interaction for the physically disabled and virtual reality human-computer interaction. [0003] The visual system is the most important part of the human sensory system. Studies have shown that more than 80% of information is obtained through the visual system in the process of human interaction with the external world. If the visual system is used to realize human-computer interaction, it w...
