Abstract

The invention discloses a blending oil which contains omega-3 fatty acid and a preparation method thereof. The blending oil consists of 10 to 25 percent of linseed oil and 75 to 90 percent of other edible oil which contains omega-6 fatty acid, the ratio between the omega-3 fatty acid and the omega-6 fatty acid is 1: 4 to 6. Content data of the omega-3 fatty acid and the omega-6 fatty acid are set up through the inspection and analysis on raw oils and then, the ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 is calculated according to the formula so that the ratio is within the scope of 1: 4 to 6, at last, the oil is blended evenly under the condition of over 20 DEG C and is filled, and then the blending oil is prepared. The blending oil of the invention is characterized by reasonable formula, abundant nutrition and being capable of regulating the blood fat of human body, stabilizing blood sugar level and improving the immunity of human body.
