Abstract

Disclosed is a signal processing method for realizing the data compression and resumption with high transmission efficiency and an apparatus, wherein pertinence is used to execute the data coding and entropy coding, and grouping is used to advance the coding efficiency. According to the signal processing method of the invention, the method comprises: de-packaging the signal received from the Internet protocol; obtaining the identification information of the data code from the de-packaged signal; and performing the data decoding on the data according to the data coding scheme indicated by the identification information of the data code, wherein the data coding scheme at least includes a pilot coding scheme which decodes the data through the pilot reference value and the pilot difference corresponding to a plurality of data, and the pilot difference is generated through the data and the pilot reference value.
