Abstract

The invention discloses a message routing method in a peer-to-peer network, comprising the following steps: when a request message is transmitted from a source node route to a destination node, a source node and every intermediate node to be recorded add path information of the nodes in the request message, and transmit the path information to a next hop node till reaching the destination node; the path information comprises the communication address and cross identification of the nodes; the destination node adds path information in the request message to a response message acquired according to the request message; and the response message is transmitted from the destination node to the source node according to the path information. The invention also discloses a source node, an intermediate forward node, destination node equipment and a message routing system. The message routing method realizes message recursion routing in a structured peer-to-peer network, and ensures that nodes in the peer-to-peer network do not need to maintain a transaction record table locally, thereby saving resources of each node and reducing overhead of the peer-to-peer network.
