Abstract

The invention provides application of the specificity Kazal type protease inhibitor MRPINK of the male genital system of the giant freshwater shrimp in inhibiting the germ cell activity of the giant freshwater shrimp. By research and adding MRPINK in the germ cell of the giant freshwater shrimp, the germ cell activity can be effectively inhibited, and the egg can not be fertilized; and the similar protease inhibitor is added in the frozen germ cell, the endoenzyme activity of the germ cell is inhibited, and the germ cell is inactivated, so that the invention has important referential meaning for the low-temperature storage of the germ cell.
