Abstract

The invention discloses a rotary type flexible hinge of a crossed reed. The rotary type flexible hinge consists of an upper module (1), a lower module (2), an A connecting module (3), a B connecting module (4) and a C connecting module (5); an A reed (102) of the upper module (1) is connected with a D reed (203) of the lower module (2) through the A connecting module (3); a B reed (103) of the upper module (1) is connected with a C reed (202) of the lower module (2) through the B connecting module (4); the inner side of the B reed (103) is connected with the inner side of the C reed (202) through the C connecting module (5); and the upper module (1) and the lower module (2) have the same structure. Through the design that a plurality of the reeds are crossed in space and are not fixed in a cross point, the rotary type flexible hinge of the crossed reed reduces inner stress and prolongs the service life. The hinge rotates around a rotary axis; a rotating angle can reach over 10 degrees, which is called large deformation. When the deformation reaches 10 degrees, the excursion of the rotary axis is only below 10 mu m; and therefore, the hinge has high precision in rotation.
